As pastry chef and owner, my credentials include a degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont.  I was formerly with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, Florida and The St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio, TX.
