- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon optional
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 5 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preheat oven to 325.
Place butter, salt, and cinnamon (optional) in small saucepan or microwaveable bowl. Stir. Heat until butter is melted.
Place pecans in bowl. Top with melted butter mixture. Add bourbon and maple syrup.
Spread pecans and remaining liquid on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then remove and put in a bowl. They'll stick together, but this way won't stick to the baking sheet.
