Maple Bourbon Pecans

For a quick, simple snack, try these candied maple bourbon pecans!

  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon optional
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 Tbsp. bourbon
  • 5 Tbsp. maple syrup


  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Place butter, salt, and cinnamon (optional) in small saucepan or microwaveable bowl. Stir. Heat until butter is melted.
  • Place pecans in bowl. Top with melted butter mixture. Add bourbon and maple syrup.
  • Spread pecans and remaining liquid on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
  • Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then remove and put in a bowl. They'll stick together, but this way won't stick to the baking sheet.
