– 1 can coconut milk – 1 cup cashews – ½ cup lime juice – 1 Tbsp. lime zest – 1 Tbsp. orange juice – ¼ cup maple syrup – ½ cup coconut oil – 1 tsp. vanilla extract – 1 pinch salt
