Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification containing the following:- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.
